Ms. Joanne Reichardt, Head of People and Culture, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources roles in the the manufacturing and service industries. Ms. Reichardt has spent over 10 years in leadership roles, during which time she has delivered people and culture strategies to meet evolving business requirements and managed all HR matters and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Ms. Reichardt holds a Bachelor of Business, Strategic HR & Marketing from University of Southern Queensland and is a CAHRI member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
