Mr. Justin Nugent is the Head of QC at AcuraBio. He has many years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a qualified microbiologist. With a career starting in contract pharmaceutical testing before joining AcuraBio in 2018, Mr. Nugent has a passion for pharmaceutical quality control. Having previously focused on probiotics enumeration and contamination testing, at AcuraBio this has transitioned to a leading understanding of the quality control of microbiome products. Over his time at AcuraBio Mr. Nugent has been involved in numerous client and facility projects focused on the improvement of production and analysis of live biotherapeutic products.
Mr. Nugent holds a Bachelor in Applied Science (Microbiology, General) from Queensland University of Technology.
